Random Cuts's Mr Yacob is borne again -
Thanks to Mr. Yacob, the one time silent member of the Cuts family, the show at the star is being touted as 'the last great amateur effort from the over sized brain of Randomcuts'.
Having fallen out with most of his peers, Mr. Yacob has decided to go against his natural formula and try something, in his words 'dark and diggy', creating an atmosphere that would cause dizziness to a normal sized cat, while Randomcuts concentrates on provoking your thoughts through your eyeballs by filling 'The Star' with their truly eclectic collection of soon to be 'professional' artworks and visuals.
Quote from Mr.Yacob,'this ain't Tate Modern babe, this is proper east!'
Star of Bethnal Green, tomorrow night the 15th April.

Stolen Space Feb 12th preview Thurs 11th.
Dray Walk, The Old Truman Brewery 91 Brick Lane London E1 6QL

As visiting guests, Ericailcane and DEM will take the lead bringing to StolenSpace a collection of brand new paintings and other media. Will Barras meanwhile will be exhibiting a new animation and associated designs he is producing exclusively for the show. Together these three artists have received worldwide acclaim in recent years, exhibiting from Los Angeles to Sweden via Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.t
Exclusive to the exhibition will be the release of a limited edition collaborative screen print by the three artists and printed by StolenSpace, as well as a series of 6 picture discs produced by Original Cultures and featuring art from Will Barras, Ericailcane and DEM and music from Om Unit (UK), Tatsuki (JP) and Tayone (IT), the three musicians involved in the OriginalCultures project. These picture discs, six 10”s, will be framed and sold with a separate 7” featuring two exclusive tracks from each musician.
